Sculptwithyas is a fitness method built on the combination of Yoga and muscle sculpt. The flow is a high intensity, dynamic yoga practice that incorporates strength interval training into traditional yoga sequences.

What to expect:
Yoga: SWY incorporates a fitness approach to Yoga. Simplified yoga positions that anyone can flow at their own pace.
Sculpt: SWY focuses on body weights and light weight resistance, 1-3 kg hand held weights to create a stronger, sculpted body.
Repeat: Constantly challenging flows built on your favorite upbeat music.

Hi, Soul Sculptors! My name is Yasmine Shami and I am a certified Yoga Sculpt Instructor. SWY began with my personal journey to feeling empowered through Yoga Sculpt. After every flow, I felt stronger mentally, physically and emotionally. The perfect combination of yoga movements and muscle sculpting fuels my energy, increased my muscle strength, lowered my body mass, improved my respiration and overall increased my happiness. I am looking forward to sharing this journey with you.
